Are chemtov products new and authentic?
All items sold on the site are guaranteed authentic and new (never worn). They are delivered to you in their original box with all accessories.
How does chemtov get the pairs it sells?
Throughout its development, the Chemtov brand has been keen to forge close links with many stores and collectors worldwide. These collaborations allow us today to offer you one of the most complete catalogs on the market.
What are the delivery steps?
After ordering on our site, an e-mail containing your order number is sent to you. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that will allow you to follow its delivery.
After receipt of this e-mail, the delivery will take place within the next 2 working days. If you are not at home on D-Day, DHL Express will offer you to reschedule a delivery, to give your package to a trusted neighbor or a relay point near you.
What are the geographical areas delivered to?
We deliver in France and all over the world via DHL Express. Parcels are delivered to your home against signature. Our order processing times are 10 to 12 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Exchange and refund
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request the modification or cancellation of an order by contacting our customer service.
Please have your 5-digit order number preceded by a hashtag, which you can find in your order confirmation e-mail, and then contact us by e-mail at email@example.com.
Can I request a refund?
To obtain a refund of a product, you must first return it to us within 14 days of receipt, respecting the return conditions available here.
You can formulate your return request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once received, your return will be processed by our team. We will proceed to refund your product provided that it has not been worn, that it is returned with the original packaging and all accessories.
Once the return has been validated, the refund will appear within 24 to 48 hours on the payment method used when ordering.
You can request a refund of a product if it has not yet been shipped (if you have not received an e-mail containing a tracking number). You must then formulate your cancellation and refund request by e-mail to email@example.com.
If your product has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive it and then make your refund request by e-mail and return the product.

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or debit card for foreign payments) and payment.
